Real-world Integration Example

In a smart rail application, an AMCORIS customer installed Epson M-A542VR1 vibration sensors on train bogies to detect deviations in vibration patterns. By applying spectral analysis to the sensor output, bearing degradation was detected weeks before failure. In another factory setting, M-A352AD accelerometers were used to monitor rotary motors – identifying unbalance under load.
